If you're lazy, you can't be healthy. It's just that simple!
Why is that? Because if you're lazy, you don't exercise your body, you don't exercise your mind, and you do nothing about your health, and you age FAST!
Aging is a reflection of your health. If you are healthier, you will be younger.
Aging is a disease, neither a natural process nor a consequence of time. So treat it as such! Don't just sit there! Do something about it!
George Burns, the comedian, once said, "You can't help getting old, but you don't have to get old."
So do something about it! And do it now! Don't procrastinate until it is too late.
Nothing in this world is free, including your health. Longevity may be a gift from above, but you have to earn it. No effort, no health!
What if you say: I want to be healthy, but I don't know how? Truly, that could be a problem. But any problem requires a solution, doesn't it? You need to make the necessary effort to find the solution, and laziness just won't get you anywhere.
Only this morning, I went to my father-in-law's place because there was a new aide coming for the first time to his place to help him do the cleaning. After the casual introduction, the woman, fairly obese, asked me if I was a doctor. I said no, and asked her WHY? She wanted to know if I knew of a diet that could help her. THAT, I tell you, is the beginning of wisdom, because she was making an effort to do something about her health.
Well, I told her: "Simply eat less!" Of course, the woman might have a health problem that requires more than just "eating less."
Remember, to be healthy is much more than "an absence of disease." Wholesome wellness requires you to be healthy, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
I am not a doctor, but I had spent years writing synopses of the research of medical doctors. In addition, I have been conducting research myself on all aspects of health and wellness, including aging and longevity. My efforts have resulted in publication of my book, NO MIRACLE CURES, Only Wholesome Self-Healing, and creation of my website (http://www.longevityforyou.com).
See, you mustn't be lazy about your health. Make the efforts as I have made: they will pay off someday and somehow.
Welcome to my blog! I'd like to share everything I know with you through regular postings. Don't be lazy; make the efforts so that we can learn from each other, and be healthy and live long.
